Nature in the Wild

ABOUT ME: J. L. JAMES

Nature has been good for me. And I hope you find that nature is good for you too.

My background is in journalism, anthropology, and community empowerment. As I developed a deeper connection to the wellspring of Nature, I expanded my training to include Horticultural Therapy and Eco-Therapy.

Growing up in inner London, U.K., I always appreciated the amazing city parks and gardens which cushioned the grey city landscape. Fast forward to my current home in the wilds of Canada, with its vast expanse and haunting landscapes.

My travels have allowed me to experience many mutually beneficial ways of interacting with our natural world. In addition to this space, I share those experiences through internationally published articles.
