Give this amazing recipe a try. It is easy and beats sugar filled processed fruit drinks. A little goes a long way, you feel the natural juice working with your body and not against it. I usually have half a glass per serving.
Pineapple Watermelon Ginger Lemon Drink
Refreshing nutritious drink
Equipment
- 1 blender
- 1 Heavy duty cutting knife
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- ½ Watermelon
- 1 pineapple
- 1 cup organic ginger
Instructions
- Squeeze Juice from one lemon and add to the blender
- Peel and chop half watermelon into small squares
- Peel and chop pineapple into squares
- Peel and chop ginger
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix.
- Strain twice and enjoy.
