Cream Shortening and banana in a bowl until well mixed. Beat in egg. Add lemon juice.
Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a separate bowl: stir into shortening mixture. Mix cranberries, muesli and chocolate chips
Drop dough by teaspoons about 5.08cm apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until edges turn golden brown. Remove from sheets while cookies are still warm.
